Yes, our kittens are tested and confirmed to be FeLV/FIV negative, and we also conduct fecal tests and normal range blood work as part of our health protocols. We also prescrfeen for HCM & genetic test all of our adults prior to adding them to our program.

  • What is an outcross, and do you offer outcross kittens?

An outcross is a breeding practice we employ to broaden the gene pool, resulting in healthier and better-looking kittens. We occasionally have "coated Sphynx" available as outcross kittens, offering a unique opportunity to own a Sphynx with fur at a lower cost.

  • How much do your kittens cost?

The pricing varies depending on the breed and type of kitten.

Our pet-only Sphynx & Devon Rex kittens are $2,900.

    Our Lykoi kittens are $2,500

Dominant Blue/Odd Eye kittens are $3,500.

Outcross (sphynx to DSH or ASH and are coated) kittens are $800

Outcross (sphynx to DSH or ASH and are coated)  Dominate Blue/Odd Eye kittens are $1,200.

  • Why do your cats cost so much?

That’s one of our most frequently asked questions, and the answer is simple: raising cats the right way is very costly. When everything is done properly, most ethical breeders barely break even. Our prices are in line with other ethical programs, and a “cheap” cat should always raise red flags.

Here’s what sets our cattery apart and why our kittens are priced where they are:

Health & Testing – Every kitten goes home spayed/neutered, microchipped, FeLV/FIV combo tested, with a fecal PCR panel from a lab, pre-op bloodwork, current vaccines, and routine preventative deworming.

Peace of Mind – We provide registration papers, a longer health guarantee than most breeders, and 30 days of free pet insurance.

Proper Development – Our kittens stay with us until 14–16 weeks, ensuring they are fully developed, well socialized, and ready for their forever homes.

Breed Quality – We actively show our cats to ensure they meet breed standards and that we are producing the highest quality, healthiest cats possible.

Dedication to the Breed – We’ve spent years carefully tracking pedigrees for health, structure, and temperament to ensure we’re not just raising kittens—we’re improving the breed.

When you add it all together, our prices reflect the level of care, quality, and dedication that goes into every kitten.
