Please Read Prior to Joining Us:

**Waiting List fee going up to $100 Jan 01, 2023**

Our waiting list fee is $50 and must be paid to be added.  This fee puts you on our contact list - and guarantees that you will be contacted, once a kitten is available to reserve. You will be contacted either by text or in our private Facebook group. Please be sure to give a valid phone number and request to join private group here. (After form is submitted). Please also be sure to put all correct information that you would want on your microchip, as this is the info we use. We send out a mass text when kittens are available.  As well as make an announcement in our private group. After 3 times of no response - via phone - you will be removed from the waiting list. You will have 2 year to choose a baby. After 2 years without choosing - another wait list deposit will be needed.   Once kitten is chosen - you will have 24 hours to pay the reserve deposit. 
The waiting list cost will go towards the reserve deposit of $500 - once a kitten is available to reserve. The reserve deposit - Reserves - chosen kitten and comes off the total cost of reserved kitten. Total cost of standard sphynx, devon rex, or lykoi is $2500.00. This does not include cats/kittens - with - blue/odd eye dominate gene. All deposits are non refundable. (Both waitlist deposit and reserve deposit.) But can be used on another kitten. Please see contract for details. Contract is available to review with a password. Password given upon request. And also on our private facebook group.

A minimum of Two FVRCP vet administered vaccines & dewormed.
FeLV/FIV negative. Fecal negative.
 TICA or CFA registration papers.
